About Us Modern Air Filtration is a growing HVAC air filters manufacturing company specializing in high-quality air filtration products. We are scaling quickly and need a hands‑on Operations Manager to own our day‑to‑day operations. Role Overview You will oversee warehouse operations, fulfillment, inventory, and customer service performance—ensuring the business runs efficiently, safely, and continuously improves.
Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations: picking, packing, and shipping. Develop and maintain SOPs; identify and eliminate inefficiencies. Supervise warehouse staff and customer service team; manage scheduling and performance.
Monitor inventory levels, prevent stockouts, and coordinate with suppliers. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, compliant work environment. Track KPIs (fulfillment time, error rates, inventory accuracy) and deliver weekly reports.
Requirements Proven experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or fulfillment operations. Hands‑on leadership style — comfortable on the floor and in systems. Strong process improvement, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
Experience managing teams, setting expectations, and driving accountability. Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. Ideal Candidate You are detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and take full ownership.
