Role Description The Operations Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Edmonton, AB.

This role entails overseeing day‑to‑day operations to ensure smooth workflows and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing logistics, coordinating staff, tracking key performance metrics, improving operational procedures, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The Operations Manager will collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction, optimize processes, and uphold service excellence aligned with company goals.

Salary range from $21-$23 per hour. Qualifications Operations Management skills, including experience in logistics, staff supervision, and process optimization. Project Management and Problem‑Solving skills to oversee complex workflows and address challenges effectively.

Strong Leadership and Team‑Building skills to guide, support, and motivate team members toward shared goals. Customer Service skills to ensure exceptional client experiences and resolve issues promptly. Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Time‑Management skills.

Proficiency in using operations software and tools. Solid understanding of health and safety regulations related to the moving industry is an asset. Previous experience in a management role within logistics or a similar field is highly beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
