What you’ll be doing: Translate the Unify strategy into clear, well‑defined operational plans that reflect our culture and values. Lead and mentor a team of Area Managers across a defined geographical area. Review existing processes and procedures to ensure effectiveness and support future growth.

Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders to improve service. Identify operational risks and work with Health & Safety professionals to meet all relevant requirements, including training. Develop KPIs to measure performance and initiate focused solutions.

Collaborate with the Commercial team to support sales and implement the account management strategy. Coach teams with compassion, nurturance and support to encourage growth, retention and reward. Work with the People Team to create a scalable engagement strategy that drives colleague engagement and customer retention.

Set clear expectations, foster accountability and create an inspiring work environment. Develop a talent pipeline of colleagues capable of supporting future growth plans.
