The Role
We're looking for a motivated Online Sales Intern, in the final year of a Master's degree in Business, ideally with some prior exposure to sales or the design/creative sector. You'll support a live pipeline of private and professional (trade) leads โ building your skills in outreach, follow-up, and client communication, with growing ownership as you settle in.
What You'll Do
- Pipeline support โ Help manage a pipeline of private and professional leads, keeping conversations, quotes, and follow-ups up to date
- New business outreach โ Support outreach to new trade clients (roughly 7-10/week) and handle incoming private buyer inquiries, with guidance on prioritizing opportunities
- Client communication โ Handle written and spoken correspondence with private and professional clients across markets, aiming for clarity and professionalism
- Deal follow-up โ Follow up consistently across both client types, building toward ownership of targets and KPIs
- Multi-tasking โ Manage several leads and tasks at once in a fast-paced environment, with support as priorities shift
- Feedback & growth โ Take on structured coaching and apply feedback to improve week over week
What You Bring
- Based in Europe, in the last year of a Master's degree in Business
- Tech-savvy, quick to learn new software tools
- Results-oriented โ motivated by targets and accountability, eager to learn pipeline management
- Proactive โ comfortable following up and spotting opportunities, with guidance
- Good written and spoken English, comfortable with international clients, private and professional
- Organized โ able to track a handful of leads and projects without gaps
- Client-focused, able to adapt tone between private buyers and trade professionals
- Adaptable under pressure and shifting priorities
- Appreciation for design and/or art is a nice-to-have
How Success Is Measured
- Pipeline activity โ New trade clients sourced weekly (7-10 target), plus consistent handling of private inquiries
- Conversion โ Progress on lead-to-deal conversion across both segments
- Client experience โ Clarity, professionalism, and responsiveness
- Reliability โ Leads tracked and followed up on consistently, with support as needed
