Job Description
Responsibilities Running semi-monthly payroll Approving PTO Onboarding Offboarding Annual staff performance reviews Monthly billing to clients Paying vendors for both legal matters and firm dues, such as benefits, electricity Planning annual holiday party and other firm events Handling all HR complaints/issues Ensuring firm policies are up to date with both state and federal laws Qualifications Experience with administrative and clerical work, Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite Strong communication skills Strong ability to multitask Friendly and upbeat demeanor Experience with ADP is a plus Experience with Clio is a plus Law Firm experience preferred
