We are looking for an

Offerwall Campaign Manager

who understands incentivized traffic and can actively optimize campaigns to improve both

volume and profitability .

What you'll be responsible for

Manage and optimize incentivized gaming/offerwall campaigns on a daily basis. Analyze campaign performance from install through deeper events and identify major drop-offs. Monitor

CPI, EPC, eCPM, conversion rates, ROAS, retention and LTV . Identify events/sub-events where bids should be increased or decreased. Determine whether a campaign should be scaled, maintained, reduced, or stopped. Optimize reward/bid structures based on downstream advertiser performance. Analyze user progression and identify low-quality traffic patterns. Work with offerwall/ad network partners to negotiate bids, caps, event payouts and campaign terms. Maintain campaign-level profitability while maximizing available volume. Build reports and dashboards to identify opportunities and anomalies. Continuously test different campaign configurations and reward structures.

Ideal candidate

1–3+ years of experience with offerwalls, incentivized traffic, mobile performance marketing, affiliate marketing Strong understanding of

CPI/CPA campaigns and event-based payouts . Comfortable working with large datasets and spreadsheets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Understands campaign profitability and downstream ROAS. Experience with platforms such as offerwall networks, MMPs, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, etc. is a plus. Gaming/monetization experience is highly preferred.
