Nurse Residency

Our program, based in one of our inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals across various medical settings including rehabilitation, home health, and hospice care. This role supports our commitment to deliver high-quality patient care and outcomes, adhering to the highest standards of healthcare. Participate in comprehensive patient care plans under the supervision of experienced nurses and healthcare professionals. Assist in the execution of treatment and care for patients across rehabilitation, home health, and hospice settings. Perform clinical tasks such as monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and documenting patient progress. Engage in learning modules and hands-on training designed to enhance clinical competencies and professional skills. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the effectiveness of patient treatments, adapting to the unique needs of each patient.
