Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care
Location: Bronx, New York
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: $135,000 – $150,000 {Based on experience} + Benefits + (may reflect bonuses/incentives)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide comprehensive primary care services. You will play a key role in delivering patient-centered care, managing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical exams, diagnose, and treat patients
• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging
• Prescribe medications and treatments
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records (EHR/EMR)
• Provide preventive care, including vaccinations and health counseling
• Collaborate with physicians and refer to specialists as needed

✅ Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nurse Practitioner Program (Family or Adult-Geriatrics)
• Active New York State NP License
• Board Certification (AANP, ANCC, or ONCC)
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• EMR/EHR experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
