Nurse Practitioner (Hiring Immediately)

Who We Are Who You Are Alamo City Urgent Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dynamic clinical team. You will work collaboratively with physicians and support staff while managing a diverse range of acute medical conditions.

What You'll Do Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient care in a high-volume urgent care setting Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of acute illnesses and injuries Perform procedures within scope of practice and training Collaborate closely with supervising physicians and interdisciplinary team members Actively participate in daily team huddles and support clinical staff with workflow and process improvements Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system Utilize and support AI-assisted EMR documentation tools as appropriate What You Bring Qualifications & Requirements Active and unrestricted PA or NP license in the state of Texas Minimum of 2 years of urgent care experience preferred National certification: PA: NCCPA NP: AANP or ANCC DEA license (or ability to obtain within 90 days) DOT certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 90 days) ACLS and PALS certifications preferred but not required Strong clinical judgment with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills What We Offer Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), etc.) Competitive compensation with a consistent and predictable schedule Opportunity to work with diverse and high-acuity patient populations Supportive and collaborative clinical environment Modern facilities equipped with advanced diagnostic tools Schedule & Compensation: Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week (7:45 AM - 8:00 PM) Rotating Saturdays (7:45 AM - 5:00 PM) Closed on Sundays Closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day (holiday rotations apply) Compensation: Competitive shift-based pay: $75-$80 per hour #IND1
