Join a team that brings over 10+ years experience per person and has fun each day on the job! Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations to optimize the dentist's calendar.

Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services and procedures. Process patient payments and manage insurance claims efficiently. Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all patient records are up to date.

Assist with administrative tasks, including filing and data entry. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure a smooth patient experience. Promote a positive and professional atmosphere in the office.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; dental office experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in dental software and basic office applications.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment. Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes is a plus.
