New Business Director

NEW BUSINESS DIRECTOR | £80K–£100K + Commission | LONDON

I’m currently recruiting for a New Business Director to join a specialist growth, marketing and media agency working with ambitious, high-growth brands.

This is a senior, highly visible role with genuine ownership of the agency’s commercial growth. You’ll work closely with the Managing Director and wider leadership team to build the new business function, shape go-to-market strategy and drive the next phase of growth.

The role

• Own the agency’s net new business strategy and pipeline
• Build and convert a high-quality pipeline of target clients
• Develop relationships with founders, C-suite executives and senior marketers
• Identify priority sectors, audiences and new market opportunities
• Lead outbound, partnerships, referrals and relationship development
• Shape the agency’s wider marketing and go-to-market strategy
• Lead activity across content, PR, events and industry networking
• Develop compelling case studies, credentials and sales enablement materials
• Work directly with senior leadership on commercial strategy and growth

What we're looking for

• Strong background in agency new business, commercial growth or client acquisition
• Proven experience generating and converting net new business
• Strong existing network across brands, founders and senior marketers
• Comfortable owning a pipeline and taking responsibility for commercial targets
• Confident building relationships and opening doors at senior level
• Strategic thinker who can also be hands-on with outbound activity
• Someone who enjoys building a function and creating opportunities from the ground up
