I'm working with a fast-growing, independent marketing effectiveness agency to find a Client Services Director with 5+ years' MMM experience to own client relationships on large-scale, high-profile engagements

This is a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on delivery — managing resourcing, quality, and growth across the account, while leading and mentoring a team of analyst

✅ 5+ years in a Client Services Director role, media agency/consultancy background

✅ Strong MMM grounding, comfortable with technical + insights-led delivery

✅ Confident presenting complex analysis to non-technical stakeholders

✅ P&L/revenue management experience

✅ Entrepreneurial — spots opportunities to grow the client offering
