Network Manager

Lead technical delivery of managed service systems, combining hands‑on implementation with process improvement and team coordination. Deploy and support NMS platforms including Ciena Navigator, Nokia WS‑NOC/NFM‑P, and internal tools. Drive proactive lifecycle management through upgrades, patches, and ongoing platform maintenance.

Collaborate with engineering and software teams to enhance network intelligence capabilities. Translate telemetry data into automated insights to prevent issues and improve network performance.
