Middle School Teacher - Design Thinking

1. Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on student-specific requirements.
2. Provide individualized and small-group support to enhance academic, behavioral, and social development.
3. Collaborate with teachers to design inclusive classroom strategies and differentiated learning approaches.
4. Recommend accommodations, modifications, and intervention strategies to support student learning.
5. Track, monitor, and document student progress through regular assessments and observations.
6. Partner with parents, counselors, and school staff to ensure holistic support for students.
7. Support the creation of an inclusive, safe, and nurturing learning environment.
8. Conduct awareness sessions and provide guidance to teachers on special education needs and inclusive practices.
9. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to student interventions and progress.

Qualification : Engineering/Science/Maths background with Vocational training (CBSE Kaushal Bodh) preferred. CLS certification done on DT

Experience : At least 3-5 years in a progressive and inclusive school
