Role Description The Mechanical BIM Modeler will develop and maintain detailed 3D mechanical models using BIM tools for a range of building projects, including healthcare, education, residential, aviation, and commercial developments. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with MEP engineers and architects, interpreting design inputs, and translating them into accurate mechanical models and construction drawings.

The role involves ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards, performing clash detection, updating models based on design changes, and supporting the preparation of design and construction documentation. The Mechanical BIM Modeler will collaborate closely with project teams to maintain data integrity, support quality assurance, and contribute to efficient project delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience working as a BIM Modeler on building projects.
• Candidates should possess skills related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including understanding of coordination between disciplines.
• Candidates should possess skills in interpreting and producing construction drawings and related documentation.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with architecture fundamentals to understand spatial layouts and integration of mechanical systems within the built environment.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit (MEP), Navisworks, or similar tools.
• Understanding of relevant building codes, standards, and best installation practices.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively in project teams, and effective communication skills.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field; prior experience in BIM modeling for MEP projects is highly beneficial.
