Job Description

Osborne Park Kia, MG & LDV is looking for an experienced Master Technician to join our busy workshop.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability faults
  • Perform advanced servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Support and mentor fellow technicians
  • Help drive workshop quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, and electronic diagnostics
  • Identify and rectify complex vehicle faults efficiently and accurately; conduct high‑quality servicing, repairs, and maintenance activities
  • Support workshop efficiency through technical leadership and expertise
  • Ensure all repairs comply with manufacturer standards and safety requirements
  • Complete detailed diagnostic reports and repair documentation
  • Contribute to quality control and mentor less experienced technicians where required

What We're Looking For

  • Master Technician accreditation or equivalent advanced diagnostic experience
  • European and Kia vehicle experience preferred but not essential
  • Trade qualification in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and fault‑finding skills
  • Current manual driver's licence and Australian working rights
