THE ROLE As the Senior Analyst/Analyst, Product Marketing, you will: Partner closely with the Product division to translate product investments into clear product marketing priorities Develop and manage product marketing briefs, ensuring priorities, messaging, and product knowledge are clearly communicated to stakeholders Provide business direction on which products to feature in our marketing communications Monitor, analyze and communicate product marketing performance, delivering valuable insights to optimize strategies Manage relationships with cross-functional partners to ensure the realization of product marketing priorities Update marketing priorities and plans based on in-season performance, business changes, and opportunistic in-market trends THE QUALIFICATIONS The Senior Analyst/Analyst, Product Marketing, has: Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Product Marketing or Marketing A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business THE COMPENSATION At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy. The range for roles at this level is $50,000-$150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
