Job Title: Manager / Sr. Manager β Brand Alliances & Partnerships Location: Thane Reporting To: Director-Finance Job Description We are looking for a highly driven Manager -Brand Alliances & Partnerships to lead and scale our partnerships ecosystem. This role is focused on building multi-category partner and supply ecosystem to power its promotional, loyalty, engagement solutions and alliances with top brands to source vouchers, gift cards, discount coupons, memberships, subscriptions, and experience-based rewards which will be offered to our clients as part of their engagement and incentive campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have strong brand connections, excellent negotiation capability, and experience in managing strategic partnerships end-to-end. Key Responsibilities Marketplace & Supply Ecosystem Development-Build ecosystem across multiple categories including digital, physical goods, corporate gifts, experiential, and service-based offerings. Define category expansion strategies and identify new supply opportunities.
Own end-to-end partner onboarding : sourcing, pitching, negotiations, commercials, contracting, and execution planning. Negotiate commercials including margins, pricing, volume commitments,redemption terms, SLAs, validity, and partner deliverables. Lead strategic partnerships with brands across categories such as e-commerce, food,Travel, OTT subscriptions, wellness, lifestyle, electronics, and experiences.
Build a strong pipeline of partners and drive alliances for gift vouchers, coupon offers, cashback deals, and membership-based rewards. Ensure partner offers are aligned with client campaign requirements ( employee rewards, customer loyalty, sales incentive programs, festive gifting). Manage relationships with existing partners and ensure repeat collaborations, exclusive offers, and better commercial terms.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance) to ensure smooth campaign execution. Track alliance performance and ensure business outcomes such as partner contribution, offer utilization, and revenue impact. Develop alliance strategy, partner category roadmap, and expansion plans.
The role will involve alliances with brands like: Gift Vouchers: Amazon Pay, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa etc. Food: Swiggy, Zomato, Dominoβs, Starbucks etc. Travel & Mobility: MakeMyTrip, Cleartrip, Uber, Ola etc.
OTT Subscriptions: Netflix, Hotstar, SonyLiv, Zee5 etc. Electronics/Lifestyle: Croma, Reliance Digital etc. Wellness: CultFit, Apollo Pharmacy etc.
Experiences: BookMyShow, amusement parks, event tickets etc. FMCG tie-ups for promotional campaigns and consumer engagement offers Qualification & Characteristics: 6β10 years of experience in Brand Alliances / Strategic Partnerships / Corporate Partnerships / Rewards & Loyalty / B2B Business Development. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with proven brand tie-up experience.
Experience in managing partnerships involving Physical Good, Corporate Gifting, vouchers, coupons, loyalty programs, gifting, rewards, or subscriptions is highly preferred. Ability to lead alliance strategy and close high-value deals. Strong stakeholder management across internal and external teams.
