Lead operational excellence as a Marketing Operations Manager for the Informed Design & Industrialized Construction portfolio. This role focuses on scaling marketing programs and enhancing operational frameworks. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will thrive in an incubation environment.
This position requires you to establish systems and processes that ensure data integrity and alignment with industry standards. Your role will also involve translating marketing strategies into measurable frameworks, fostering close collaboration with Sales to drive pipeline contributions. Key Responsibilities: • Own marketing operations for Industrialized Construction portfolio • Implement AI-based automation and reporting enhancements • Align tooling and execution standards with central teams • Design lead management frameworks ensuring data integrity • Develop dashboards for measuring campaign performance Requirements: • 5–8 years in marketing operations, preferably B2B • Proficient with CRM systems, especially Salesforce • Experience with lead management and lifecycle processes • Strong analytical skills for performance analysis • Experience collaborating with Sales and RevOps teams Build operational strategies that drive growth and leverage AI in marketing initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
