PROFILE SUMMARY Wesgroup is poised for substantial growth over the next several years and in preparation for this exciting and challenging phase, we are actively seeking a highly engaged, driven and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team.

You will be responsible for leading end‑to‑end marketing strategy and execution across multiple residential developments. You will focus on building scalable, brand‑led strategies that evolve across project phases and channels, while balancing strategic thinking, hands‑on execution, and cross‑functional leadership. This position is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract with the potential to become permanent.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Own and drive project‑level marketing strategy and execution across multiple residential developments, ensuring alignment with broader brand and campaign direction. Develop scalable marketing strategies that can be leveraged across phases and channels. Anticipate project lifecycle stages and plan marketing programs accordingly.

Campaign Execution Execute integrated campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels (email, social, digital, on‑site). Oversee development of branding, collateral, media plans, and presentation centre assets. Ensure consistent, timely, and effective messaging across all touchpoints.

Brand & Partnerships Identify and deliver brand partnerships, activations, and experiential initiatives, including events. Strengthen project and corporate storytelling through campaigns and collaborations. Contribute to corporate brand and website initiatives alongside Communications.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Partner with Sales, Development, Construction, and Communications to ensure alignment and market responsiveness. Support on‑site execution and ensure consistency across teams and channels. Manage agencies, vendors, and creative partners across multiple initiatives.

Develop clear briefs and provide strategic, constructive feedback. Performance & Optimization Track and report on campaign performance using data and insights. Assess campaign effectiveness holistically and optimize strategies accordingly.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE Experience 5+ years in real estate or complex, project‑based marketing environments. Proven experience leading end‑to‑end campaign strategy and execution. Understanding of presale development lifecycle and phased marketing.

Marketing Expertise Strong foundation in brand‑led marketing, positioning, and storytelling. Ability to connect campaigns and touchpoints to broader brand strategy. Experience developing strategic brand partnerships from identification through execution.

Ability to evaluate performance and adjust strategy based on insights. Digital & Analytical Skills Strong knowledge of digital channels, CRM systems, and paid media. Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Google Ads, Meta platforms, and dashboards.

Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and guide agency decisions. Tools & Technology Comfortable using AI‑enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support workflows. Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma (asset). Understanding of social media trends, emerging platforms, and influencer marketing. Ability to leverage collaborations to extend reach and strengthen brand impact.

Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Effective stakeholder and partner management capabilities. Other Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.

Secondary language is an asset. EXPECTED COMPENSATION Annual Base Salary: The expected salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 per annum. Actual offered salary will depend on individual experience, qualifications, geographic location, market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
