This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing and design who can help raise awareness of Mount Charles and our sister companies, across the island of Ireland, particularly on digital channels.

We are currently recruiting for a Marketing & Design Executive to join our team based at Mount Charles Group, Belfast. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.

Work Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• 37.5 hours

Key responsibilities:

• Design brochures, flyers, catalogues, and promotional materials across the business.
• Ensure all branding and marketing materials are consistent across the business.
• Maintaining marketing materials, assets and promotional stock
• Create engaging content, including graphics and videos
• Photography across the business
• Manage and grow the company's social media platforms creating engaging and consistent content.
• Update and maintain the company website.
• Providing administrative and project support to the wider Marketing team
• Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure marketing supports commercial objectives.
• Monitoring mailboxes for content creation requests across the business and delivering work within agreed deadlines.

Essential Criteria

• Degree in marketing or a related discipline

AND

• At least 2 years experiance working in marketing

OR

• 5 years experiance working in marketing
• Creative and full of ideas
• Excellent attention to detail
• Organised and able to manage multiple projects.
• Confident using social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
• Experienced with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software. Comfortable creating video and photo content.
• A strong communicator with excellent written English.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of WordPress or website content management systems
• Photography and video editing experience
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads and paid social campaigns
• A good understanding of marketing trends and best practices
• Experience with Project Management tools such as Clickup
