new business acquisition, customer growth and retention .

The role

Build

inbound and outbound campaigns

that generate qualified pipeline Partner closely with

Sales & Customer Success

to drive ARR, retention and expansion Develop

ABM and targeted account campaigns Create customer lifecycle, nurture and cross-sell programmes Support

product launches and GTM activity Own

HubSpot automation, segmentation and reporting Track what matters:

pipeline, conversion, ARR, NRR and churn Use

AI and automation

to improve marketing effectiveness

You'll ideally bring

Strong

B2B SaaS marketing

experience Hands-on

demand generation / growth marketing Experience across both

inbound and outbound Customer/lifecycle marketing exposure Strong

HubSpot / marketing automation
