Role Description We are looking for a highly driven and target-oriented Sales Manager responsible for generating business, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue growth in interior fit-out and EPC projects. The role demands aggressive lead generation, strong client networking, and deal closure capabilities.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline is preferred. Candidates with relevant project sales experience will be preferred English Fluency Must Key Responsibilities To drive sustainable revenue growth through strategic business development and effective sales execution Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction, interiors, and Corporate, hospital projects Independently generate leads through market research, site visits, cold calling, and industry networking Conduct regular client meetings and ensure consistent proposal submissions and follow-ups on a daily and weekly basis Manage end-to-end project sales cycle including enquiry, site meetings, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure Prepare techno-commercial proposals, and cost estimates in coordination with estimation team Participate in tendering, bidding, and contract negotiations & contact legal terms Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and PMC firms Coordinate with design, execution, and procurement teams for smooth project handover Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies Ensure timely follow-up for approvals, billing, and payment collections Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals Key Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of project sales in construction/interiors/HVAC industry Knowledge of BOQ, costing, and tender documentation Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills Strong follow-up and closure ability Good communication and presentation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Team coordination and leadership capability Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Value of projects secured (monthly/quarterly targets) Lead generation to-conversion ratio Number of client meetings and proposals submitted Client acquisition and repeat business Timely submission of tenders and proposals Payment collection and follow-up efficiency Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Travel allowance and reimbursement Growth opportunity in a fast-expanding organization Reporting To Director / Head – Sales & Marketing
