Job Summary The Sales Manager will lead and grow a high-performing B2B sales team focused on selling IT, cloud, and device management solutions—including Google Workspace, Okta, ScaleFusion, Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity offerings. The role is responsible for driving new business acquisition, managing sales operations, overseeing demand generation, ensuring strong team performance, and expanding the company’s market presence. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams, maintain an efficient working environment, and play a key role in strategic planning and financial performance.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive B2B sales initiatives and identify new business opportunities to increase revenue. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Conduct direct sales meetings, presentations, and client negotiations.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 12–15 Inside Sales Representatives (ISR). Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve productivity and conversions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead generation and sales processes. Required Skills Strong B2B sales and business development experience Expertise in deal negotiation and closing high-value deals Experience in direct sales and revenue generation Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets Strong team management and leadership skills Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales, with team handling experience Experience managing Inside Sales teams (ISR) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Revenue generation and sales growth Educational Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred but not always required) High school diploma or equivalent may be acceptable for junior or operations-based roles
