Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - International Healthcare Promotions at VPS Lakeshore, located in Kochi. The Manager will oversee the development and execution of strategies to promote the hospital's services internationally.
Key responsibilities include identifying business opportunities in global markets, managing international client relationships, coordinating overseas outreach initiatives, and collaborating with healthcare consulting teams. The role also involves analyzing market trends, leading promotional projects, and conducting training sessions for internal and external stakeholders to foster alliances and enhance patient experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field 8–12 years of experience in healthcare marketing / international patient services Experience in medical tourism / international business development Proven track record in international patient acquisition Strong Communication and interpersonal skills Analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and opportunities Experience in Healthcare Consulting and knowledge of global healthcare markets Proven ability to build and maintain international partnerships Experience in international healthcare promotions or marketing is an advantage
