\nThe Manager, Business Intelligence will lead a team of Analytics Business Partners with the goal of enabling the organisation through the development and support of high‑quality business intelligence tools that provide the right information to the right person at the right time through the right channel. This role leads the business engagement and enablement of analytics and continuously improves the way data is used to deliver high‑quality and timely care the patients, clients and residents of Mercy Health.

- An ability to lead a high performing team \n
- Business and data analytical skills \n
- Problem solving and process improvement skills \n
- Ability to distil valuable insights from large and disparate datasets \n
- Knowledge of and competence in Microsoft PowerBI development \n
- Proficiency in SQL and other database query languages \n
- Understanding and experience in Statistical Process Control \n
- Understanding of Public Health and Aged Care operations \n
- Understanding and experience in Predictive Artificial Intelligence \n
