Job Description:- 1. Sales & Brand Acquisition β Identify and onboard potential brands/companies based on market trends and advertising opportunities. β Reach out to decision-makers in relevant industries to pitch and close partnerships. β Handle both individual contribution and team leadership, ensuring targets are achieved. 2. Campaign Planning & Execution β Understand client marketing needs, identify challenges, and collect detailed campaign briefs. β Translate brand objectives into actionable go-to-market (GTM) strategies and advertising plans. β Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of campaigns. β Measure campaign performance and deliver ROI and KPI reports to clients. 3.
Team Leadership & Performance Management β Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Brand Managers, driving high performance and innovation. β Oversee daily operations, including campaign planning, client communication, and reporting. β Prepare and review daily task reports to monitor productivity and goal achievement. 4. Client & Relationship Management β Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and agencies to secure repeat business. β Maintain consistent communication to understand upcoming campaigns and business goals. β Ensure smooth workflow, prompt issue resolution, and timely campaign delivery. 5. Market Research & Strategy β Conduct regular research on relevant brands, marketing spends, and category trends. β Analyze consumer insights and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies. β Monitor market shifts and adapt strategies to align with emerging opportunities.
Mandatory requirements for this position β Experience: Minimum 4 years as a Brand Manager, Associate Brand Manager, or similar role with 2+ years Experience in team handling β Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and present recommendations to leadership. β Strong background in campaign execution, sales closure, and client servicing. β Excellent understanding of the marketing mix and digital advertising formats. β Strong analytical and creative thinking skills; data-driven approach to problem-solving. β Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. β Up-to-date with latest advertising trends and marketing best practices. β Education: Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
