Robert Half is partnering with a growing organization to identify an experienced Manager, Group Administration to lead the development and delivery of a high-performing group benefits administration and claims function.

As a newly created role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of the administration department, establishing best practices, and creating a scalable framework to support continued business growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead the implementation and ongoing administration of group benefits programs for new and existing clients.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor an administration and claims team from the ground up.
- Design and implement processes, workflows, and operational best practices to support growth and service excellence.
- Ensure resources are effectively allocated to meet client expectations and service standards.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for Plan Administrators and plan members, delivering a high level of customer service.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for system and process enhancements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
- Establish performance metrics and accountability measures for the administration team.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience within the group benefits industry.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and driving performance.
- CEBS designation - nice to have.
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration, claims processes, and client service delivery.
- Experience developing operational procedures, workflows, and service standards.
- Proven ability to build strong client and employee relationships.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
