Robert Half is partnering with a growing organization to identify an experienced Manager, Group Administration to lead the development and delivery of a high-performing group benefits administration and claims function.


This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader within the group benefits industry who enjoys building teams, improving processes, and delivering exceptional client service. As a newly created role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of the administration department, establishing best practices, and creating a scalable framework to support continued business growth.


What You'll Do

  • Lead the implementation and ongoing administration of group benefits programs for new and existing clients.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor an administration and claims team from the ground up.
  • Design and implement processes, workflows, and operational best practices to support growth and service excellence.
  • Ensure resources are effectively allocated to meet client expectations and service standards.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for Plan Administrators and plan members, delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for system and process enhancements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
  • Establish performance metrics and accountability measures for the administration team.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.


What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience within the group benefits industry.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and driving performance.
  • CEBS designation - nice to have.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration, claims processes, and client service delivery.
  • Experience developing operational procedures, workflows, and service standards.
  • Proven ability to build strong client and employee relationships.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
