About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager / Chartered Accountant for a leading organization. The role involves end-to-end ownership of accounting, internal controls, financial reporting, compliance, audit coordination, and strategic financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities Overall responsibility for end-to-end accounting systems and financial integrity Evaluation of internal controls, identification of gaps, and implementation of corrective actions Driving process automation and reducing manual accounting interventions Monthly MIS reporting and ad-hoc financial analysis P&L analysis, variance tracking, and business performance reporting with insights Ensuring timely and accurate monthly closing of books of accounts GL, vendor, and intercompany reconciliations with balance confirmations Cost center analysis and allocation control Cash flow planning, monitoring, and optimization Ensuring payment governance and approval compliance Statutory compliance including GST, TDS, TCS, Equalization Levy, Form 16A, 26AS reconciliation Preparation and review of standalone and consolidated financial statements, cash flow statements, schedules, and notes to accounts Audit coordination including statutory audit, tax audit, and due diligence exercises Liaison with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities Handling tax assessments, scrutiny, and notices with authorities Budget preparation and financial forecasting Banking relationship management Cost optimization initiatives across functions Leadership and mentoring of accounting and finance team Supporting management with financial insights for decision-making Skills Required End-to-End Accounting Cash Flow Management Internal Controls & Compliance Financial Reporting & Analysis Audit Coordination Stakeholder Management Team Leadership & People Management Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking Strong Communication Skills Interested candidates may apply here or email their resume to .
