We are seeking an experienced AV Account Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality TV campaigns across multiple clients. The role requires strong expertise in both linear and Connected TV (CTV), confident client management, and the ability to guide and support junior team members.

Plan, buy, and optimise performance and brand TV campaigns. Lead relationships for key clients including Sunlife and Tractive, ensuring exceptional service and results. Provide training, feedback, and leadership to junior team members.

Build strong relationships with media owners and sales houses to drive value and negotiate effectively. In depth understanding of AV market – linear & CTV especially. Experience in planning campaigns as well as buying.

Experience in negotiating pricing and quality parameters.
