Manager

The Activity Manager is responsible to facilitating the commercialization of projects including, Innovation, renovation, and deactivations. The Activity Manager will partner with the Project Lead (generally in Marketing), to facilitate and manage the scoping, planning and timing of any given project. The role is responsible for leading project teams to successfully plan and execute projects On Time and In Full.

This role focusses on excellence in execution through leadership of the cross‑functional project team, and escalation of options and recommendations as needed to relevant forums, to mitigate risks and unlock opportunities through data based decision making against the project brief. Track and monitor projects from new product development through to execution. Lead the team and the project through the stages and gate process, managing risks and creating mitigation plan. Demonstrate ownership for Continuous Improvement.

Develop collaborative relationships across all stakeholder and project teams using organizational agility & conflict management skills to proactively manage and mitigate issues. Qualifications What are we looking for? 3+ years of business experience (either Brand management/Innovation, Supply Chain or Finance function), including 1 year of Project Management experience or related work. Ability to build and lead effective project teams.

Ability to develop collaborative relationships across all stakeholder and project teams.
