Lead service delivery as a strategic Managed Services Delivery Manager. Ensure high performance and quality standards while managing projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This onsite role requires effective leadership and oversight of service delivery processes.
You will establish key policies and drive exceptional results while maintaining strong client relationships. Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies is essential for managing project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
