Sanford Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. This position requires a proactive approach to patient care, adherence to healthcare protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Conduct basic patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and doctors, including checking vital signs and administering medication. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions. Assist in patient hygiene, feeding, and other basic care activities. Coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Maintain accurate patient health records and report any discrepancies to the supervising doctor or nurse.

Educate patients and their families on appropriate home healthcare strategies and procedures. Proficiency in administering medications and immunizations Strong observational and communication skills Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively Knowledge of medical software and record-keeping Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current LPN license in the state of practice CPR/BLS Certification
