The Opportunity: We are seeking motivated Independent Sales Agents, across all of Canada, to expand our book program into new retail locations across Canada

What You are Selling: You aren't just selling books; you are selling a low-footprint, high-revenue retail solution.

• The Product: High-quality, curated children’s books retailing at a bargain price
• The Safety Net: A Guaranteed Sale Program where all unsold books are returnable for full credit
• No Risk for the Retailer: We offer free shipping on all orders and returns, and new locations can test the program with no long-term contract

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in Route Sales: Background in the Canadian gift, pharmacy, or grocery sectors is a major asset.
• Passionate Reader: The most successful agents understand our product and can help retailers curate their assortment to reach our primary demographic
• Self-Starter: Ability to identify and "cold-visit" independent retailers who have been underserved by traditional book distributors.

Compensation depends on the seniority of the candidate and is mostly performance based, % of invoice.
