Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to determine client needs and goals. Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs. Provide consistent mental health counseling sessions to clients.

Document and maintain client records with strict adherence to confidentiality and ethical guidelines. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in ongoing professional development and in-service training.

Stay updated with the latest developments in mental health treatments and approaches. In-depth knowledge of psychological theory and practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records and telehealth platforms. Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Medical Insurance Must be a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of job location. Additional certifications in specific therapeutic practices (e.g., CBT, DBT) preferred.
