Overview

As Lead Product Marketing Manager, you will own PMM strategy for a portfolio, translating customer and market insights into compelling positioning and go-to-market plans. You’ll partner with Product and commercial teams to drive adoption, launches, and scalable enablement tools. This senior role expects you to lead cross-functional GTM initiatives, mentor teammates, and contribute to scalable PMM processes.

You will help connect advertisers, developers, and device partners to improve product understanding and commercial outcomes in a rapidly evolving mobile ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Lead PMM strategy for an assigned portfolio across the product lifecycle
  • Synthesize market, customer, and competitive insights to define target audiences and inform product strategy
  • Develop commercialization strategies including customer definition, value proposition, and market position
  • Drive GTM discipline across the portfolio with launch readiness, gates, and alignment
  • Bridge Product and commercial teams to ensure customer needs inform roadmap
  • Create scalable marketing enablement assets (collateral, documentation, sales tools, training)
  • Develop proof points, customer stories, and other validation of product value
  • Monitor launch success and adoption, recommending messaging and plan adjustments
Key requirements
  • 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 6+ years with a Master's degree (ad tech experience desirable)
  • Substantial B2B tech product marketing experience; ad tech, mobile platforms, or digital media preferred
  • Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional GTM initiatives
  • Strong ability to align Product, Engineering, Sales, Client Success, Partnerships, Research, and Marketing toward commercial goals
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex tech into customer value
  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to inform GTM recommendations
  • Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with focus on scalable systems and accountability
