Lead IT Software Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Lead IT Software Developer to join their team. As a Lead IT Software Developer, you will be part of the Software Development Department supporting innovative projects and enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and problem‑solving skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title Lead IT Software Developer Location Remote What's the Job? Design and develop front‑end and back‑end web architecture and applications, ensuring responsiveness and scalability. Lead technical activities across medium to large, highly complex projects with organization‑wide impact.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and oversee implementation and integration. Mentor and guide development teams, fostering best practices and continuous improvement. Support system maintenance, research, problem resolution, and on‑call support for existing systems.

What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or related field. 8+ years of experience in enterprise software design and development. Proficiency in Java, SQL, Oracle, and Azure cloud services.
