Lead Developer for Dynamics 365

Lead Developer Dynamics 365 (f/m/d) | Lisbon | Hybrid

We're looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Lead Developer to join an international technology team delivering innovative business solutions in a modern Microsoft ecosystem.

This role combines hands-on development, technical leadership, and solution design. You'll work closely with Product Owners, Architects, and development teams to build and evolve enterprise-grade Dynamics 365 applications while guiding technical best practices across multiple projects.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and enhance solutions within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
• Customize entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and application logic
• Develop solutions using C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Power Platform
• Build and optimize integrations using REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Service Bus
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Refactor and modernize existing applications to improve scalability and maintainability
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams
• Collaborate in an agile environment with business and technical stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Dynamics 365 experience (Customer Service is a strong plus)
• Strong development skills in C#/.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with Dynamics 365 customizations
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Automation)
• Understanding of DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and software engineering best practices
• Experience with solution design and requirements analysis
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
• English B2+ mandatory
