Descrição: Role Overview
As a LATAM Channel Sales & Business Development Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving business development and sales performance through distribution channels across Latin America and CLC Brazil Export operations. This role plays a key part in developing commercial strategies, strengthening distributor relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring alignment with regional business goals. The position also requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize business results and market expansion.
Location: São Bernardo do Campo
The work model is hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
On a typical day, you will
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for distributors, aligned with regional business objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact between distributors and internal teams, ensuring continuous commercial support.
- Support distributors across different business segments, including New Equipment, Modernization, and Projects.
- Monitor distributor performance, including pipeline management, sales forecasting, and KPI tracking.
- Identify growth opportunities, market expansion initiatives, and actions to increase market share.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Engineering, Pricing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to support commercial opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company commercial policies, distributor agreements, and corporate guidelines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and channel partners across Latin America.
- Lead and support direct and indirect teams to achieve business objectives

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
- English and Spanish (mandatory).
- Strong commercial experience working directly with customers and distribution channels.
- Experience with CRM platforms and pipeline management.
- Experience working with Latin American markets and multicultural environments.
- Previous international exposure and business knowledge across Latin America.
