About the Role

\n

Its a Edible Oils industry seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to manage operations and achieve

\n

100% placement across National Modern Trade, Regional Modern Trade, and Standalone

\n

Supermarkets (SAS) in Tamil Nadu. This role is responsible for driving store-level off-take, maintaining

\n

operational servicing efficiencies, and building strong commercial relationships with store personnel

\n

and regional category offices.

\n

Key Responsibilities & Core Deliverables

\n

1. Account Strategy & Business Growth

\n

∙Annual Business Planning: Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key

\n

accounts, establishing annual targets, trade offers, and promotional budgets.

\n

∙Listing & Account Alignment: Execute account strategies and listing/linking processes to

\n

meet revenue targets and optimize portfolio profitability.

\n

∙Trade Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with trade marketing teams to align promotional

\n

strategies and oversee store-level execution.

\n

2. Store Operations & Supply Chain Execution

\n

∙Order & Target Tracking: Monitor daily order flow, fill rates, and supply logistics to maintain

\n

target alignment.

\n

∙Inventory Control: Track store stock systematically to prevent stock-outs during peak cycles

\n

while avoiding overstocking.

\n

∙Operational Problem Solving: Partner with logistics, supply chain, and internal teams to

\n

rapidly resolve delivery and fulfillment issues.

\n

3. Financial Management & Claims Settlement

\n

∙Budget Tracking: Track and manage scheme budget utilization against allocated financial

\n

resources.

\n

∙Claim Settlement: Validate, process, and reconcile trade claims promptly.

\n

∙Outstanding (O/S) Clearance: Monitor distributor balances and engage directly with trade

\n

accounts to clear outstanding payments.
