Overview
In this role, you will drive retention and growth for a portfolio of pharmaceutical and medical device clients, shaping cross-functional strategies to expand revenue. You will present GlobalData Healthcare’s solutions to senior executives and negotiate renewals and new business. With a data-driven mindset, you’ll forecast accounts, inform product and marketing teams, and collaborate across Sales, Analysts, Client Services, and Consultancy.

- Lead senior-level client meetings and present the full services offering as integrated solutions
- Prepare high-quality proposals and negotiate renewals and new business
- Meet monthly revenue targets from new white space and existing subscriptions
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Prepare account reviews, plans and accurate sales forecasts
- Provide client feedback to product development and marketing teams
- Coordinate with Sales, Analysts, Client Services, Marketing and Consultancy to maximise solution value
- Manage the end-to-end pipeline from opportunity to delivery
- Monitor industry trends to suggest proactive client ideas
- Experience in B2B sales within the Pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record in outbound sales and account management
- Ability to engage with C-level decision makers and manage major accounts
- Strong ability to grow accounts and achieve revenue targets
- Strong numerical skills with comfort using financial data and market stats
- Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Motivated, relationship-driven with ability to work both independently and in a team
- Good network of information buyers within Life Sciences
