Job Description

For our Business Workflow department in Palma we are seeking a Junior Product Executive. The purpose of this role is to review, support and report on the status of Non-Bookable Content (including photos, facts, descriptions and geolocations) to ensure that only the highest quality content is provided to our clients for touristic services such as hotels, excursions and other services. The role also collaborates with development teams to ensure content is correctly displayed in relevant mobile and tablet applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all new or updated content and approve only the content which meets the required standards.
• Advise users in different touristic destinations on the best practices and system functionality related to NBC.
• Work with internal and external applications and other websites to verify the validity of content.
• Report on the status of the above-mentioned topics across all the portfolio, proactively identify problem areas and take actions where needed.
• Support colleagues within the Business Workflow team on an ad‑hoc basis with other business‑related tasks.
• Contribute towards the design, development and testing of system enhancements related to these topics.

Requirements

• University degree in related business fields.
• IT affinity and good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• High level of English (written and spoken).
• Hands‑on, team player with the ability to build strong working relationships across different departments.
• Attention to detail and the ability to understand relevant aspects of the business.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive attitude.
