Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and development of architectural and interior projects, working closely with senior architects and designers on concept creation, space planning, and design detailing. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and 3D visualizations, assisting in design presentations, coordinating with consultants, and contributing to material selection and documentation. The role involves participating in project meetings, supporting site coordination, and ensuring design intent is maintained through various project stages.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, requiring regular collaboration with the studio team and project partners.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop concepts and translate them into detailed drawings.
• Understanding of Project Management principles to support timelines, documentation, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Basic knowledge of Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools or digital workflows is an advantage.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop , Lumion , AI ).
• Bachelor’s / Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Attention to detail, strong visual and spatial design sense, and an interest in luxury residential and hospitality projects.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment.
• Awareness of sustainable design principles and contemporary global architecture trends is beneficial.
