We are now looking for a IT Technical Support Technician willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.

Are you the one?

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware and software issues.
• Experience with Windows and macOS environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Provide support for Microsoft Office, Windows, and messaging tools.
• Troubleshoot applications, hardware, laptops, and mobile devices (iPhone/tablets).
• Experience with incident and request management tools.
• Support users in a banking or financial environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage users with different needs and expectations.
• Create reports and documentation with a high level of accuracy.
• Work closely with local and global IT support teams.
