What you’ll do

This role is responsible for delivering responsive, hands‑on IT support across multiple organisational sites, ensuring reliable operation of end-user devices, systems and network services. The position focuses on onsite troubleshooting, device management and user support, while contributing to service stability, security practices and continuous improvement of technology services.

• Full time
• Based at Macquarie Park
• Ability and willingness to travel across multiple sites
• Approx $70,000 per annum + 12% super, 17.5% leave loading and tax‑free salary packaging up to $15,900.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent within relevant field
• 1–2 years in IT support, desktop support or field services roles
• Passion for non‑profit work and alignment with our organisational values
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software and basic network issues
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and service management processes
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 and endpoint management tools
• Strong hands‑on problem‑solving and customer service skills.
