We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT or Systems Support professional, passionate about the delivery of customer service excellence. In this role, you will ensure business continuity through the provision of reliable infrastructure and support that effectively assists the business in using its systems, applications and related processes.

What success looks like:

Operations Support:Provide day to day systems, applications and related processes support to all staff, provision IT&T equipment and monitor systems and application availability and performance.

Process Excellence & Projects Support:Support the development and testing of initiatives to enhance and innovate through organisational-wide process, people, application and enabling technology design and implementation. Support the identification and delivery of process improvements.

Organisational Reporting Support:Support the organisation in the collection, quality assurance and publication of our Microenterprise and Community Economic Development program evaluation. Provide operational support for our organisational reporting platforms including MS PowerBI and MS Excel.

Commitment to Growth:Access training to build your skills and stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation.

Selection Criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience in Systems & Process Support, including MS Dynamics 365 CRM / ERP (Preferred) and PowerBI.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a focus upon customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues, analyse system and process performance.
  • Proficiency in technology use and proven ability to adopt new technologies.
  • Demonstrated innovation and continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement, introduce new ideas, and leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance business processes and outcomes.
  • Ability to take an advisory and consultative approach, to understand business requirements and offer ongoing support to all levels of the organisation.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices (foundational knowledge).
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Tertiary or Bachelor qualifications highly regarded.
