Job Description Job Description Builders is actively looking for an in-person IT Support Analyst for a stable Fintech. You’re a self-starter and will be the primary contact providing essential day-to-day technical support and administration. All qualified candidates must be residing in Calgary, AB at the time of application.

Your role Act as the first point of contact for in-person and online help desk requests, ensuring a high level of service Manage employee identities on Microsoft 365 and other SaaS platforms like Okta Log, prioritize, and escalate support incidents within designated systems to ensure timely resolution Maintain accurate records of technical issues, solutions, and security governance within the company knowledge portal What you bring: 4+ years in a similar role and experience supporting Microsoft 365 is critical Proficiency in at least two areas including Windows/macOS/iOS, Freshworks, Unifi, AWS, or cybersecurity practices Demonstrated ability to prioritize and resolve multiple concurrent technical challenges effectively Ability to successfully pass a background check Work Schedule: On-site Monday-Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm) with rotating remote weekend on-call shifts.
