Enhance customer service delivery as a Service Delivery Analyst. Focus on optimizing service channels and providing actionable business analysis to drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role reports to the Manager, Business & Support Services, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and performance metrics.

Responsibilities include analyzing data to recommend data-driven solutions that improve reporting and organizational outcomes. You'll support change management initiatives and work on projects that impact citizen-facing services while collaborating with various departments.
