Support Analyst (CREQ131112) Loan IQ Support Team is looking for a Support Analyst to provide production support to Loan IQ App users. Skill Support Analyst Responsibilities User on-boarding and off-boarding LoanIQ profile maintainence Updating Funding rates in LoanIQ banks financial and reputational risk Updating Treasury rates in LoanIQ banks financial and reputational risk Updating table maintenance job functions in LoanIQ. Perform post implementation verification and provide support at times weekends too Ensuring process is followed to the T as all LoanIQ updates are audited Monitoring LoanIQ Support for issues, triaging issues with Users, analysing the issue and providing the issue with the vendor Work closely with developers to investigate and triage the issues and resolve it Work under strict SLA defined by the team Work collaboratively with the team and business partners Possesses a deep understanding and problem solving ability of various complexities Creates documentation to ensure the supportability of analysis i.e.
